pyc committees review

Liturgical Committee

• This committee will basically be in charge of all spiritual and faith based activities of the youth
• Shall propose programmes to enhance the spiritual development of the youth thus retreats, regular prayer meetings, etc
• Link with the Parish Liturgical committee to enhance our youth Mass and ensure massive participation.
• Any other initiative assigned by the PYC.

Education & Vocations Committee

• Organize programmes such as seminars, conferences and fairs to enhance quasi-appropriate life decisions in the areas of career choices, education, church doctrines, religious life and marriage.
• Organise talks on prevailing social issues
• Link with the Education Endowment Fund Committee to support needy youth in the parish
• Shall handle all student related issues
• Any other initiative assigned by the PYC

Fund-raising Committee

• To propose and take charge of all fund-raising activities of the youth
• To take charge of the annual youth harvest
• Any other initiative assigned by the PYC

Social & Publicity Committee

• Take charge of all activities organised by the council
• Coordinate the annual youth week (and youth month) celebrations
• Publicize all council, societal and parish programmes to ensure maximum youth participation in activities.
• Devise innovative ways of publicizing youth programmes.
• Any other initiative assigned by the PYC
